Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz

Step 1
Rub the margarine with the flour until crumbly.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese and baking powder.
Step 3
Knead the dough.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, cut out circles. Sprinkle with sugar, fold in half, sprinkle with sugar again, and fold in half once more. Place the resulting triangles in the oven at 390°F for 15–20 minutes.
