- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Milk 10 fl oz

- Condensed Milk 15 fl oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 4 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and baking powder, then add salt. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Using a mixer, beat the softened butter with sugar until pale and fluffy, then add the egg yolks and vanilla, and continue mixing.
Step 3
Add 180 ml of milk and flour, and continue to whisk.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter using a silicone spatula.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with butter and dust it with flour to prevent the pie from sticking to the sides and bottom during baking.
Step 6
Carefully pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Allow the pie to cool for 20 minutes. Prick it all over with a fork to help the filling soak in well.
Step 8
Mix the remaining milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk together, then pour it over the pie so that it spreads evenly across the surface. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then add the powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Step 10
Spread the cream evenly over the pie.
Step 11
Serve.
