Description

- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz

- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Instant coffee 0 oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Espresso 5 fl oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, salt, instant coffee, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and espresso. Add to the first mixture.
Step 3
Stir until a uniform mass is formed. Use a silicone spatula to transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the surface carefully.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 25–35 minutes. After that, leave the cake in the pan for an hour before you start cutting it.
