  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Kefir 15 fl oz
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Butter 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar, add 500 ml of kefir, previously dissolving 1 teaspoon of baking soda in each glass. Melt the margarine and add it to the batter. Mix everything and add the flour. The batter should be similar to pancake batter.

Step 2

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil, pour in part of the batter (you can add nuts, dried apricots, cocoa, etc. to the batter). Bake several layers.

Step 3

For the cream, beat 1 egg with a tablespoon of sugar (if you like a very sweet cream, you can add more), 2 tablespoons of flour, then gradually add the milk. Place on low heat and cook, stirring, until thickened. Then add the butter and cocoa. Cool down.

Step 4

Spread the cream on the layers and decorate on top to your liking.
