Ingredients

  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 10 pieces
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Violet Syrup to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For this dish, you will need six eggs and four yolks. Add sugar to them and beat the mixture with a mixer for 10 minutes until thick.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. The water in the pot should be hot, but do not let it boil! Grease the tortino molds with butter inside. Pour the hot chocolate into the bowl where the eggs were beaten and gently mix. Add the flour in two batches.

Step 3

Pour the batter into the molds. Do not fill them to the brim, as the batter will rise during baking! The oven should be preheated to 355°F. After 10 minutes, the tortino will be baked, and there will be hot chocolate inside.

Step 4

Before serving, place the mold in cold water for a couple of minutes. This is to ensure that the tortino easily separates from the mold. Meanwhile, the dessert should remain hot so that the chocolate inside does not thicken. Pour vanilla sauce over the tortino. Berries and powdered sugar make great decorations.
