Ingredients
- Beef 10 oz
- Tortillas 4 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions 10 oz
- Barbecue sauce ½ cup
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
Step 2
Spread the cheese evenly on the tortillas, leaving the edges. Spread the sauce on the cheese and sprinkle finely chopped celery on top.
Step 3
Next, add a layer of meat and roll up the tortilla. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–3 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Before serving, cut each roll into 4 pieces and serve.
