  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
  • White bread 5 oz
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Chop the onion and sauté it in butter with flour and salt.

Step 3

Combine the onion and tomatoes, add warm water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Dice the sweet pepper and add it to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Boil the eggs hard, slice them, and add to the soup.

Step 6

Pour the milk into the soup. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Step 7

Cut the white bread into cubes and sauté in butter. Add the croutons to the soup.
