  • Tomatoes 0 lbs
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Fresh Rose Hips 1 sprig
  • Chicken Broth 0 qt
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Step 3

Cut the onion into quarters.

Step 4

Peel the garlic.

Step 5

Place all the vegetables on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake all the vegetables together for 40 minutes.

Step 7

Cool the roasted vegetables.

Step 8

Place them in a pot.

Step 9

Add salt, paprika, and olive oil.

Step 10

Mix everything well.

Step 11

Add the vegetable broth.

Step 12

Cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
