Ingredients

  • Canned tomatoes 2 cans
  • Vegetable Broth 15 fl oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Celery root 1 piece
  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Cream Cheese 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and celery root.

Step 3

Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the broth, add the tomatoes and chopped basil.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
