Tomato soup with hunter sausages and beans
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Hunter's Sausages 10 oz
- Canned Baby Beets 15 oz
- Leek 1 head
- Thyme to taste
- Spiced Tomato Juice 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the leek into half-rings. Cut the sausages into rounds. Peel and dice the potatoes. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop them. Pour 3–3.5 liters of water into a pot, bring to a boil, and add the potatoes. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add the sausages. Add the beans. Add the tomatoes. Add the leek.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are tender. At the end of cooking, add thyme. Let the soup steep for 15–20 minutes.
