Ingredients
- Tomato Puree 0 qt
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Dry adjika 3 spoons
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- White bread to taste
- Curry 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the vegetables, chop them finely, and sauté in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the tomato flesh. Simmer gently over low heat without bringing it to a vigorous boil. When the first bubbles appear, add the feta cheese.
Step 3
Before serving, warm the bread. Generously drizzle the soup with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
