Ingredients
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spiced Tomato Juice 10 fl oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the sweet corn in milk for 10 minutes, then add finely chopped onion and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add butter, salt, and spices. Remove the soup from heat, add tomato juice, and immediately stir well.
Step 3
Serve immediately after preparation, placing a spoonful of whipped cream in each serving.
