Ingredients
- Beef 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Ketchup 4 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the beef, rinse it, and cut it into portion-sized pieces. Place it in a pot, cover with water, and put it on the heat for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter. Then add the chopped celery and tomatoes, previously peeled. Add ketchup and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Step 3
Add the chopped potatoes to the prepared broth.
Step 4
When the potatoes are almost ready, add the sautéed mixture, salt, pepper, and cook for about another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish the finished soup with green onions.
