Tomato Soup with Beans, Pork, and Sausages

Ingredients

  • Pork Blood 15 oz
  • Sausages 4 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Beans 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a pot with a capacity of about 3.5–4 liters, boil the broth from the pork.

Step 2

In a skillet, fry the sausages. Place them on a separate plate.

Step 3

In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent (not golden), add finely chopped garlic, and cook for a minute. Then add the diced tomatoes, sauté briefly, add tomato paste, a couple of tablespoons of water, and simmer for a couple more minutes.

Step 4

Add the diced potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for five to seven minutes.

Step 5

Combine the sautéed mixture and sausages, add to the soup along with the beans.

Step 6

Cook everything for about 7–10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
