  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Canned Baby Beets 1 can
  • Pasta (corkscrew) 0 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
  • Basil to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic ¼ head
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a pot, lightly sauté finely chopped onion and small pieces of chicken breast in a small amount of oil.

Step 2

Add the beans and tomato paste, mix well, and pour in 2 cups of hot water, gradually controlling the thickness — it should be slightly thinner than tomato juice.

Step 3

Add the pasta, basil, and pepper.

Step 4

When the pasta is ready, add salt to taste. Remove from heat and only then add the garlic. When serving, add sour cream.
