
Tomato Soup with Almonds

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 10 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and remove the skin.
Step 2
Place them in a blender.
Step 3
Chop the red bell pepper and red onion randomly.
Step 4
Chop the almonds.
Step 5
Add everything to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 6
Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to the resulting mixture.
Step 7
For garnish, dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
Step 8
Pour the soup into bowls.
Step 9
Top the soup with the diced cucumbers.
Step 10
Add a sprig of parsley.
Step 11
Serve.
