Description

If using canned tomatoes (1 can) for the soup, they should be added along with the juice to the prepared milk sauce, then add 2 cups of vegetable broth and cook as directed above. Tomato paste (100 grams) for the soup should be added to the prepared milk sauce, along with 2 cups of water or vegetable broth, and cooked for 15-20 minutes, after which it should be strained through a sieve and seasoned with salt and butter.

  • Butter 4 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 4 cups
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Rice 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the milk sauce. To do this, lightly fry the flour with 2 tablespoons of butter in a soup pot, then dilute it with hot milk and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Cut fresh tomatoes into pieces, add one tablespoon of butter, sugar, and cover to stew for 10-15 minutes. Then pour in 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, mix with the milk sauce, and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, after which strain through a sieve and season with butter.

Step 3

Before serving, add separately cooked rice to the soup.
