Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Unrefined Sugar 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Ground Paprika 2 teaspoons
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Cherry Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Score the tomatoes with a cross, blanch them, and remove the skin.
Step 2
Blend in a mixing bowl until smooth. Blender mode, speed — 5, time — 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients and knead the dough in blender mode, speed — 4, time — 1 minute.
Step 4
Distribute the dough into molds, filling them ¾ full. Garnish each portion with a slice of cherry tomato.
Step 5
Bake the tomato muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness.
Step 6
Transfer the muffins to a rack and cool.
Step 7
Dust the tomato muffins with powdered sugar and serve.
