Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Apple juice with pulp 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 30 oz

Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Cut the lemon into pieces along with the zest.
Step 3
Combine the tomatoes with the lemon, add sugar, and pour in the apple juice. Bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes, constantly skimming off the foam.
Step 4
The next day, add lemon juice and rosemary to the marmalade and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Blend the marmalade in a blender.
