Tomato and Vermicelli Soup
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vermicelli 15 oz
- Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them. Then grate the tomatoes.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Add the tomatoes to the onion, season with salt, and then pour in hot water.
Step 3
Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the vermicelli. Continue to cook until done. Then remove the soup from the heat. Next, crack the eggs and pass them through a strainer into the soup while continuously stirring to prevent the eggs from curdling.
Step 4
The soup is ready. Sprinkle with herbs, add pepper, and serve.
