Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Puff Pastry 15 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pesto 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Roll out the pastry to fit the baking tray.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce over the pastry. Arrange the tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic, season with salt and pepper. Fold the edges.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 35 minutes.
