Ingredients
- Halibut 10 oz
- Tomatoes 8 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Onion 1 head
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut pieces of fish from the halibut fillet and simmer them in salted water. Pass the cooked fish through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Chop the peeled tomatoes and simmer them with sautéed carrot, parsley, and onion in salted water until cooked.
Step 3
Combine the strained mixture with the minced fish and white sauce, mix well, add salt, and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, place boiled fluffy rice in bowls, pour in the soup, and add sour cream. Serve croutons separately.
