Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Thighs 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Jasmine Rice 5 oz
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Canned Mushroom Soup 10 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken broth until ready. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Rinse the rice and soak it for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cook until ready.
Step 4
Prepare the canned Tom Yum soup and coconut milk.
Step 5
Cut the champignon mushrooms into quarters.
Step 6
Pour the canned soup into the prepared broth.
Step 7
Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 8
Add the rice.
Step 9
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the soup immediately.
Step 10
Before serving, pour in the coconut milk to taste.
Step 11
Garnish with cilantro sprigs.
