Description

Instead of ladyfingers, you can use 'Fingers Cookies'. The cookies can also be soaked in liqueur.

Ingredients

  • Plums 5 oz
  • Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
  • Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 fl oz
  • Ladyfinger Cookies 6 pieces
  • Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Powdered Sugar 1½ tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thaw the fruits in advance and soak the cookies in the wine.

Step 2

Then place the plums in a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar, and pour the remaining wine over them.

Step 3

Put in a preheated oven at 390°F.

Step 4

Bake for about 20 minutes (the plums should become very soft).

Step 5

Cool down.

Step 6

Whip the cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar.

Step 7

Break the cookies.

Step 8

Layer the sponge, cream, and cooked fruits in glasses.

Step 9

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
