Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 20 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Ladyfinger Cookies to taste
- Limoncello 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Arrange the cookies in a beautiful and suitable serving dish.
Step 2
Drizzle the cookies with the liqueur and squeeze the oranges over them.
Step 3
Add milk to the mascarpone, mix with a spoon, then add vanilla sugar, zest, and a bit of powdered sugar to avoid it being too sweet.
Step 4
Whisk until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cookies in a thick layer, smooth it out, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 5
Before serving, top with berries (raspberries, blueberries, currants) and sprinkle with chocolate shavings for decoration.
