Tiramisu with Cognac
Ingredients
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Cognac 0 oz
- Ladyfinger Cookies 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Instant coffee 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew the coffee and mix it with cognac. Let it cool.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Mix the yolks, powdered sugar, and sour cream or mascarpone together. Gradually add the egg whites and fold in one direction (preferably with a tablespoon). The cream is ready.
Step 4
Layer the ladyfinger cookies in a dish, soak them in coffee, and add the cream. Repeat the process once more (cake - coffee - cream).
Step 5
Refrigerate for 24 hours. The dessert will soak and become very tender and airy. You can gently sprinkle cocoa on top.
