Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 5 pieces
  • Raw cane sugar 5 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
  • Ground Coffee 0 oz
  • Brandy 3 spoons
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Savoiardi Cookies 20 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until completely dissolved and the mixture is light in consistency. Add the mascarpone and whip until smooth. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.

Step 2

Mix the coffee with the brandy. Place a few ladyfingers in the coffee to line the bottom of the mascarpone dish. Once the ladyfingers are soaked, use them to line the bottom of the dish.

Step 3

Spread half of the mixture over the ladyfingers, then add another layer of ladyfingers followed by more mascarpone. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with chocolate.
