Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 2 glasses
  • Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
  • Baking Powder 2 spoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Milk 1½ glasses
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
  • Sour Cream 5 teaspoons
  • Butter 4 spoons
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Vanillin 2 spoons
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
  • Espresso 4 spoons
  • Sugar 2 spoons
  • 10% cream 1 glass

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cream. Whip the cream with mascarpone cheese and sugar until soft peaks form. Refrigerate.

Step 2

Pancakes. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the milk and sour cream until well combined.

Step 4

Add the espresso, beat in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

Step 5

Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients, making sure there are no lumps. If the batter is too runny, add an additional spoon or two of flour.

Step 6

Heat a skillet and fry the pancakes in oil. Place the cooked pancakes on a plate. Spread cream between each pancake. Top with the remaining cream and lightly dust with cocoa powder. Chill before serving.
