Tiramisu on Biscuit Dough
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 8 pieces
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Sugar 20 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 tablespoons
- Gelatin 3 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Espresso 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Grated Chocolate 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 125 ml of milk for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the milk and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Dissolve 250 g of sugar in hot espresso and let it cool.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 5
Beat 4 eggs with 250 g of sugar, add flour and baking powder, and mix. Pour the batter into the dish and bake for 30–40 minutes. Remove from the dish, let cool, and cut into two layers.
Step 6
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate.
Step 7
Separate 4 eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites with 125 g of sugar until stiff peaks form and refrigerate.
Step 8
Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, gradually adding the dissolved gelatin. Place in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes, without letting the mixture set.
Step 9
Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the whipped cream and beaten egg whites.
Step 10
Soak the layers with sweet coffee.
Step 11
Spread half of the cream on one layer and cover with the second layer. Top with the remaining cream.
Step 12
Refrigerate the cake overnight.
Step 13
Before serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
