- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Brussels Sprouts 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Celery salt 1 stalk
- Coconut Milk ½ spoons
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, lightly sauté the finely chopped onion, carrot, and celery in coconut oil. It is quite healthy and adds a pleasant flavor note to the vegetables.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped white cabbage and simmer for another five minutes, then pour in the broth and cook for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Add the quartered Brussels sprouts and the cauliflower broken into small florets. Cook for another seven minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste, or omit salt and pepper if following a strict diet.
