Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth 15 fl oz
- Frozen fava beans 5 oz
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Canned White Beans 15 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot, add 2 handfuls of fresh or frozen fava beans and 2 handfuls of green beans, and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add 400 g of canned white beans drained of excess liquid and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Step 3
Add a handful of coarsely chopped basil and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan.
