  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Milk 1½ cups
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Bananas 3 pieces
  • Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the flour, white sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and eggs, then add 1 tablespoon of softened butter and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.

Step 2

In a frying pan, melt some butter and fry the thin pancakes, browning them on both sides until golden, about 1 minute each (you should get about 12 pancakes).

Step 3

Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the bananas sliced into thick rounds and sprinkle with brown sugar. Sauté, stirring, for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

Step 5

Fold the pancakes in half, then in half again, and place them on plates. Top with the bananas and chocolate.
