Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ⅓ teaspoon
- Melted Cheese 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs, salt, and sugar together. Gradually add the milk, then stir in the flour, and mix well. Add the melted butter and mix again. The batter should be semi-liquid, similar in consistency to sour cream. It is advisable to let it rest for about 15 minutes to allow the gluten to develop.
Step 2
Instead of pouring oil into the pan, it is better to grease it using half a peeled potato on a fork. Dip the potato in the oil and grease the pan in circular motions every 2–3 pancakes.
Step 3
Stack the finished pancakes, greasing each one with butter.
