
Thin Pancakes with Apples

Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and remove the cores. Cut them into small pieces and mix with 60 g of sugar. Heat the butter in a pan, add the apples, and sauté until soft, stirring over low heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, remaining sugar, and flour using a mixer. Let the batter rest for a while.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add a little vegetable oil and pour a small amount of batter, spreading it over the surface to form a thin pancake. Cook for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
Step 4
Place a little apple filling in the center of each pancake and roll it up. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
