Ingredients
- Milk 2 glasses
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt. Add a cup of warm milk and mix well. Then, add a cup of flour and whisk thoroughly. Pour in another cup of warm milk and mix again.
Step 2
Use a ladle to pour the mixture back and forth into the bowl several times, then let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the crepe pan, then add a tablespoon of oil to the mixture before frying and mix well.
Step 4
In a 20 cm skillet, pour in a scant ladleful of batter and fry until cooked for half a minute, then flip and fry for a few seconds. Transfer the resulting pancake to a plate and spread a piece of butter, using a knife, on top. Repeat the process for the remaining pancakes.
