- Milk 0 qt
- Farm fresh eggs 10 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
Beat the eggs with the flour, then add salt and sugar to taste.
Step 2
While beating the flour and eggs, gradually pour in the milk first, then the sunflower oil.
Step 3
Heat the frying pan, pour the batter onto it, fry the pancake on both sides, and generously spread with butter.
