- Kefir 1 glass
- Boiling water 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs until frothy, then add salt. Gradually pour in a cup of boiling water while continuing to whisk. Next, add a cup of kefir.
Step 2
Sift the flour, mix it with baking soda, and gradually add it to the liquid, one spoonful at a time. Stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add a spoonful of sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Take your favorite frying pan for pancakes and cook thin crepes in it. Fry on both sides until they are beautifully golden brown.
