
Thin French Crepes

Description
The crepes turn out light and delicious. They can be enjoyed with salted fish or sweetened condensed milk - both are equally tasty. Bon appétit!
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 0 qt
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Vegetable Oil 5 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, add salt (1 teaspoon) and sugar, and mix well.
Step 2
Add flour to the bowl and mix until the consistency is that of liquid sour cream. Whisk by hand with a fork to dissolve all lumps. Add the oil and mix well.
Step 3
In a preheated skillet, add a few drops of oil (only for the first pancake; for the following ones, you won't need to add any oil!) and use a small ladle to pour in the batter, spreading it to the edges of the skillet.
Step 4
Cook each side for just a little while, as the pancakes are thin and can burn quickly.
