Thick Pizza with Sausage and Lecho

It's best to use 3 types of sausage.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Unleavened dough 20 oz
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 10 oz
- Lecho 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough a little (it will be thick) and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on top of the dough.
Step 3
Slice the sausage into rounds and place it on top.
Step 4
Distribute the lecho over the pizza.
Step 5
Place the sliced tomatoes on top.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Put it in the oven at 390°F and set the timer for 40–50 minutes. Then monitor until ready.
