- Cream (40%) 1 cup
- Light Corn Syrup 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons

Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream and corn syrup to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate.
Step 3
Remove the cream from heat and add the chocolate and vanilla. Mix well and serve.
