Ingredients
- Galangal 0 oz
- Kaffir Lime Leaves 6 pieces

- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Squid 5 oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lime to taste
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Tom Kha paste 5 oz
- Lemongrass 5 stalks
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In boiling water, add sliced galangal, crushed lemongrass stalks, and halved lime leaves. Next, add the chopped mushrooms and Tom Yum paste, and pour in a tablespoon of fish sauce. Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and seafood; once they are cooked, the soup is ready.
Step 2
Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with cilantro, add slices of chili pepper, and squeeze lime juice.
