Thai Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- Tofu 5 oz
- Ginger 5 oz
- Cilantro 2 stalks
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Broth 3½ glasses
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Egg noodles for wok 0 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add ginger, cilantro, pepper, and garlic to the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Marinate the tofu cheese in soy sauce for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the noodles and divide them into four plates.
Step 4
Strain the broth into a clean pot, add the tofu with soy sauce, carrots, and mushrooms, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Arrange the tofu with vegetables on plates with noodles. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with cilantro leaves.
