- Chestnut puree 1 cup
- Coconut Milk 15 fl oz
- Fish Oil 1 teaspoon
- Roasted Peanuts to taste

In a pot, pour a little coconut milk and add the curry paste. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Then pour in the remaining milk and add the pumpkin puree and fish sauce. Mix, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Serve immediately, garnished with pumpkin seeds.
