Thai Mackerel Soup
Ingredients
- Fish Oil 25 fl oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lime 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the fish broth.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
Cut the mackerel fillet into small pieces. Add the garlic, fish pieces, juice of one lime, and pepper to the broth. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, garnish with finely chopped cilantro.
