You can add nuts or chocolate pieces to the batter if desired.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Pudding 0 oz
- Baking Powder 3 teaspoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, pudding, and baking powder together in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer on low speed, then on high speed for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Distribute the batter into cupcake molds (I use silicone ones, so I do not grease them), filling them just over halfway.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes at 355°F.
