  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour slightly warmed milk into a deep bowl. Slowly, in parts, mix the flour and baking powder mixture into the milk.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the sugar to the egg foam and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Step 3

Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the flour and milk mixture. Stir well and lightly beat. The batter should be quite liquid, similar in consistency to sour cream.

Step 4

In a preheated dry skillet with a thick bottom, pour the batter in portions and fry the pancakes on both sides. Then stack them on a large plate and serve with honey, sour cream, chocolate spread, or jam.
