Ingredients
- Shrimp 15 oz
- Shallot 1 piece
- Nerone Rice 10 oz
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil and peel the shrimp.
Step 2
Heat the broth.
Step 3
Sauté the shrimp and chopped shallot with the rice for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the boiling broth.
Step 5
Allow the broth to be absorbed before adding the next portion of broth.
Step 6
Remember to stir the risotto constantly. This should take about 20 minutes.
Step 7
When the rice is al dente, add the butter and mix everything together.
Step 8
Then season with spices.
Step 9
Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and parsley.
