Tender roll with sour cream and berries
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Strawberry to taste
- Raspberry leaves to taste
- Serviceberries to taste
- Mint to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the cream, mix the sour cream (high-fat) well with sugar and refrigerate.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, sugar, and honey, and beat well. Then add the flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and evenly spread the batter on the sheet. Level it with a spatula, leaving more batter at the edges than in the center. Bake for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Step 4
While the roll is still warm, quickly spread it with cream and place the berries, then roll it up.
Step 5
Coat the roll with the remaining cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and arrange the berries and mint leaves on top. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
