Tender muffins with jam and poppy seeds
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Black tea 5 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Jam 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Sugar ½ cup
- Poppy seed paste 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a container about 8–10 cm deep, add tea, eggs, oil, baking soda, flour, sugar, jam, and poppy seeds (to taste), and mix with a mixer (you can do it by hand, but a mixer will be faster).
Step 2
Take molds (any will do), preferably small or special muffin molds, fill them a little over half with batter, as the batter will rise. Place in the oven at 390°F for about 10–15 minutes.
