Tender Melting Cake
Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Vanillin 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with sugar, water, and vanilla. Then add melted butter and continue to beat for another minute. Gradually add the flour and mix.
Step 3
Pour in the milk (it should be warm; otherwise, the butter will solidify) and whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Gently fold in the egg whites.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased mold (20x20 cm) (do not use a springform pan, as the batter is too liquid and may leak). Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Cool in the mold for at least 3 hours. When serving, dust with powdered sugar.
